Inverno returns to Sodafish in Lakes Entrance, bringing together celebrated Melbourne restaurateur and chef Guy Grossi and Sodafish owner Nick Mahlook for an intimate, ticketed winter lunch that has quietly become one of regional Victoria's most anticipated culinary events. What started as a bold idea — to bring world-class Italian cooking to a small coastal town in the heart of winter — has blossomed into a beloved annual tradition. For the third year, two of Victoria's most exciting culinary voices come together for a lunch that is as breathtaking in concept as it is in flavour. Garden to Ocean returns to Sodafish in Lakes Entrance, uniting Bodee Price — hatted chef of Brown Brothers Winery in Milawa — and Sodafish Owner and Executive Chef, Nick Mahlook for an extraordinary four-course lunch with matching wines, cooked over an open floating fire.

What makes this series so compelling is the conversation it creates between two very different but equally remarkable corners of Victoria. Bodee arrives from the foothills of the King Valley, bringing with him a deep knowledge of the seasons and the finest produce from his celebrated kitchen garden. Nick answers with the incredible local bounty of the Gippsland Coast — fresh, wild, and pulled straight from the waters and lands surrounding Lakes Entrance. Together, over fire, they create something neither could produce alone. Now in its third chapter, Garden to Ocean has established itself as one of regional Victoria's most unique and talked-about dining experiences.
